I wear a lot of hats. And one of those hats belongs to a Preacher. Let me explain. See, a wise man once told me I should make a habit of preaching God's Word to myself every day. Following his advice, one day I found myself reading the Book of Job. While taking up the 29th chapter I stumbled upon a phrase that hit me squarely between the eyes: "the prime of my days". Some people might paraphrase it as, "living your best life". Everyone defines it differently. But how did the greatest man of his day (Job) define it? And more importantly, how does God define it? So began a 9-month obsession with the biblical definition of prime living. The result: the longest sermon I've ever preached to myself; and a Spirit-nudge to share it with others.
